In Front of the TV… Always

I was really looking forward for the upcoming episodes of The Beautiful Life, but I just read from TV.com that CW just dropped the axe on Ashton Kutcher’s first ever venture on TV series business.

The CW canceled the Ashton-Kutcher-produced drama after just its second episode, and it’s pretty obvious why. Despite using near-nude models to promote the show, just over one million people watched The Beautiful Life’s most-recent episode last Wednesday. How few people is that? As Variety points out, more people watched a repeat of Magic’s Biggest Secrets Revealed on My Network TV. Yes, there were more viewers interested in learning tricks to perform at a 12-year old’s birthday party than viewers who wanted to see Mischa Barton act.

The show has nothing to blame but itself for its demise; it was scheduled in a great time slot (9pm on a Wednesday night), it was perfectly paired with the network’s most popular show (America’s Next Top Model), and it had tabloid-worthy news going into its debut (Barton’s mental illness). So what went wrong? A few things called acting, writing, and substance.

That’s the second episode of The Beautiful Life. I just finished watching it and it’s still good. Is it me or is Misha Barton looks so much like Reese Witherspoon? Yeah I do too.. a little slimmer and younger I guess.

Anyway, many things happened in so many characters during this episode. Chris is given a second chance by Claudia. Claudia bailed that long haired model from jail (the one who got caught with heroin, sorry still dont have the name).. Misha’s brother was kidnapped, Sonia’s daughter was found out by a paparazzi but she gave him another photo to feast his eyes with..

The ending is still good.. now Chris wont be sleeping on the floor or “We’ll see…” as Misha Barton puts it.

So it is true! I read somewhere that the fourth season of Heroes is good (compared to the last few seasons). And it’s probably true that the slowly declining fans of Heroes will start to climb up again as the show will be much more exciting with season 1-like style.

I just saw the season premiere of Heroes and I must say that it’s ok. The same old characters are there plus the Carnival more of characters.

After watching this videos, I really think that main character dude, looks like Nick Cage.. but of course, Cage has much ‘nicer’, ‘innocent’ voice.

I loved it. I just finished watching the pilot episode of The Beautiful Life after downloading and i just say, i loved it. Looking forward to the upcoming episodes. The show about models and all are not new (mentioning America’s Next Top Model too) but I say the story is nice… inspiring for folks who wants to be a big time model

My Wife and I just finished the season 2 finale of our favorite vampire TV series (no silly, not Vampire Diaries) but True Blood.. Watched True Blood Online? Nah, we just downloaded it.

Anyway, yeah, Maryanne is dead thanks to Sam… and Sam thanked Bill for giving him his blood.. Sam by the way is now searching for his birth parents.. which I assume will be the focus for the third season… Plus the Queen of course.

Tara… sad sad Tara.. Her love of her life is dead.. Shot to the head by Jason.. The Dude’s freakin out and Jason thought he’s going to hurt Andy.. Andy in turn wanted the credit of getting the murderer and asked Jason to split..

For our beloved SOokie and Bill.. He asked SOokie to marry him.. after some makeup touching because he made a little crying scene after the proposal.. she was about to say Yes, when Bill was kidnapped! .. and that’s the season cliffhanger!
