Vampire Diaries once again started airing after a long holiday hiatus and Episode 11 Bloodlines continues several cliffhanger of the last episode or the first part of the first season. (if you missed it, you can watch Vampire Diaries Blooglines online)
Elena was saved by Damon after that horrific car crash (the cliffhanger from last episode) and took her with him in his journey. Where? Well, Damon travels to Georgia, where he goes to visit, Bree a former lover to help him open the tomb. Unknown to Damon, Bree called up the Lexi’s boyfriend. Damon killed to Lexi protect him and Stefan from being hunted.
Bree was a close friend of that vampire. Elena was able to talk a sense from the angry boyfriend and so Damon was saved. And we know Damon as he is, he came back to Bree to ‘settle’ things. Bree knew she will die in the hands of Damon so she said that there is a way to open the tomb, that is by knowing the steps of the spell and reversing it.. She said that there’s a book but she doesn’t know where it is… Damon took her heart out.
Stefan tries to help Bonnie overcome her fears and accept her powers. This is before she went to the tomb herself (after an advise from her grandma to face her fears so her power could come back). Jeremy meets a girl named Anna who has her own theories on the mysteries behind Mystic Falls.
Big development.. Elaina found out that that she’s adopted and that Stefan was the one who saved her during the car accident that killed her parents.
